Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in to the hotel begins at 4:00 PM on the date of arrival. Requests for early check-in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM may be considered at the discretion of the hotel and will be determined based on availability of hotel rooms, staffing, and casino business. Requests for early check-in are never guaranteed. Check-in earlier than 2:00 PM will not be considered on high-peak gaming days (Thursday-Sunday), holidays, and special event days. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Partial rooms charges may be applied depending on actual guest check-out time.
Payment Arrangements: All room rates quoted are subject to sales and occupancy tax, unless the proper tax-exempt forms are submitted prior to, or at, check-in. Additionally, individuals are accountable for their own room, taxes, and incidental charges upon check-out.
Cancellation Policy/No Show: Any cancellations must be made at least 24-hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room charge being processed to the guaranteed credit card or direct bill account. No show will be charged for the first night stay plus tax to the credit card or master account.
Reservation Cut-Off Date: All group guests will have 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to make their personal reservations. Rooms from your group block that are not reserved by the specified cut-off date will be released back into Hotel inventory. Please be advised that all room blocks are guaranteed as Run of the House (ROH). Reservations made after the group cut-off date will be subject to the regular room rate.
Pet Policy: Tioga Downs is not pet friendly, if a service animal will accompany you please advise staff while making reservation, paperwork will be required to be filled out at check-in. Visual of service animal also required at check in.
Resort Conduct: We support zero tolerance for underage alcohol consumption. Tioga Downs reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest. Any guest that does not comply will be asked to leave the premises. As a courtesy reminder, please make sure that all guests bring valid photo identification for check-in and the Casino.
*All guests who enter the Casino floor or the Poker room MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age, this includes the area of Side Show Lounge. Guests must show photo ID and be a minimum of 21 years of age to check into a hotel room at Tioga Downs Casino Resort.
*Guests may be held financially liable for the repair and restoration of a space should any damages occur. Breaching our 100% smoke free policy will result in a $270.00 fine.
*We ask that if your group is a traveling sports team, please leave all athletic equipment inside your vehicle in the parking lot at all times during your stay.
*Any guest under the age of 16 on hotel property must be attended by an adult after 10:00 PM.
*Tioga Downs reserves the right to perform a site inspection, prior to check-out for damage, as well. Please understand that we may need to perform facility maintenance at any time. Utilization of recreational are at your own risk.
Outside Food & Beverage: Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages and no outside food items are to be brought into public spaces including, but not limited to all pools, Side Show Lounge, any of the onsite restaurants, bathrooms, lobby areas, arcade, Grandstand, Event Center, Trackside Apron, Tioga Downs Clubhouse, Golf Course or Casino Floor.
